PARTY!!!
*for all those idiots who did not join us (excluding alric cos i didn't
see him in pcps), serves you right!!!! today was fun outing number
2 !!! we were idiotic, i arrived at 12pm and then the celebration just
ended. then mr tan refused to speak to us. they locked all the doors
of the school hall, and so we just wandered about in the canteen.
christopher has a new hairstyle, nicholas and pengru are now
EXTREMELY tall, and well, the girls definitely are as troublesome as
ever. why? because they went missing. only to be found on the third
floor viewing the VERY boring performance. then we went down, to
talk to mr tan, nigel did a nice way of calling mr tan out, wagging his
finger =D. so mr tan came out to talk to us.. and he SEEMED shorter
(maybe not to the girls but definitely to us guys.) by that time it was
1:00pm, thus the guys went to play basketball, the girls went to ???.
we played until 1:40, then we went to find the girls.
did i mention girls were troublesome? we couldn't find them, not in the canteen,
parade square, nor sports hall, and then suddenly they were just at the
parade square (the hop-scotch corner) gossiping and chatting. so they
were very NO about going out to watch a movie, especially felicia and
jiawen... felicia had to ask every other girl to go before she agreed,
while jiawen would always say NO. so at first, we almost went on an all
guys outing... ALMOST. then the girls just went to the canteen, to wait
for ms tan, so the guys followed, also expecting to see ms tan. but she
was not there. after a while of waiting, we wanted to go, but nicholas
and a few others (myself included) thought that the girls should go. thus
we went to ask them to join us to go on the outing. well, the first few
times were asked by me, and it was mildly successful, although it ended
up in me getting
daoed after a while. so nicholas went to ask them.( i
consider myself mildly successful because i managed to talk to them,
what happened to nicholas was a different story =D ) and he failed. after
like... 10 minutes of persuasion, they finally agreed (YAY). but they were
always like.... going here, then going there, so us being gentlemen, always
gave way to them.
the problem with girls, is that they are so troublesome, they get so irriating. (why? well because at that point of time,
there were two groups of girls: the jiawen one, and the minpei one. these
two were always going in seperate directions, it was a miracle we made them
board the same bus.) anyway, we made it safely in one piece to Toa Payoh
Hub. then i suggested a movie, which was turned down almost instantly,
and the 2 groups of girls just went their seperate ways... but in the end, after
a big round about, everyone mysteriously gathered at the same mcdonalds.
well, having nothing to do, we decided to go somewhere, somewhere where
will be fun, fun and more fun. naturally all this will land up at weijie's house,
but he was afraid his sister was at home, and was abit unwilling, but he
agreed quickly after that, and hunghui, simin, rachel and chingthong, who
followed us there, did not want to go to weijie's house (see how i am getting
to the point about girls being troublesome, we all know that they can go, but
they refused to go. what logic is that?) we took the train, nicholas met
someone and then he was also teaching me how to board a train, which mostly
could have been done by anyone with common sense, and i obviously had
common sense =). well, the train was about 5 minutes, while the walk was
like... 15 minutes (it would be nice to know that the girls were actually
walking slower than an old granny, the old granny was walking in front of
them, and they didn't seem to catch up, until the end. well, we entered
weijie's house, and the first game to play, was blind mice. shaun was the
catcher, and the girls refused to play,(yet another troublesome scene) but
augustine joined us soon after that. we had alot of fun, shaun got caught
thrice, and was banned. alvin caught a person in 5 seconds, tyco. and oh,
the playground did not break even though about 300 kg was on it. we
played for. 1 hour? and finally got bored. took some pictures, and then no
one wanted to play, thus we moved on to... hide and seek. it was fun, and
then i was somehow caught by a nigel who was standing still, not doing
anything but whacking leaves... lol... so we played vampire after that,
and alvin was the last man standing, until weijie's sister came... bad sign.
weijie went to hide, and his sister was like.. swearing and cursing.. and at
about 5pm, everybody left, it was a fun day, although it was short. for the
next outing, it will be at weijie's house again, his birthday party. everyone
please bring extra clothing then. details may come via sms or blog.
